Plansanddrawings.com was set up to cater for a gap in the market between people trading from their bedroom and Architects offering a full blown percentage based fee structure. Many of our clients came to us after receiving very detailed fee proposals for work where they really only wanted part of the service ie the drawing service to obtain a Planning Consent and a Building Warrant.
Our Service is effectively pay as you go, if you want an Architect or Surveyor to see the job through we can quote for this after the consents are in place! It is worth bearing in mind that by its nature the Planning process changes and develops as it progresses so our strengths work around this to get you the best optimum solution without getting all Grand Designs!
We are not ashamed to admit it, if you want a Glass Box with a pink trim then we are not for you and perhaps you need a more creative influence.
